Assisted Reproductive Technology Fee Schedule

We accept most traditional and HMO insurances. In most cases, your insurance should cover the initial visit, testing and follow-up consultations for IVF and other assisted reproductive techniques. Our center will verify coverage with your insurance company and if the ART procedures are covered, we will bill the insurance company directly. However, if the procedures are not covered, you will be responsible for the following fees. There is infertility financing available through Family Fee Plan.
