Barbara joined South Jersey Fertility Center in 1999. She has over thirty years of nursing experience. As a certified nurse practitioner she sees patients in the Marlton, Egg Harbor Township and Sewell offices. She is also the Nurse Manager for South Jersey Fertility Center, overseeing the nursing staff at all of our offices. As coordinator of the IVF and PDG programs, Barbara supervises weekly IVF clinical meetings and quarterly IVF protocol meetings with the physicians and the embryology staff to review patient care and maximize IVF success.  She is sensitive to the significant stress of undergoing fertility treatments and has a unique ability to convey understanding and support to her patients. In this role she is responsible for ensuring that the patient and her partner are appropriately prepared physically and emotionally for IVF. Barbara is an active member of the nurse specialty group of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine as well as its nurse manager subspecialty group. She is one of a select few infertility nurses in the country chosen to be on the nursing advisory board for both the Merck and Ferring  pharmaceutical companies.   She is a highly sought after speaker and has given presentations throughout the country on infertility and time management.  Barbara has published articles for Reproductive Endocrinology nursing publications and is on the ediotrial board of the national publication “Infertility and Reproductive News”.
